Battery Not Charging

All OzSpy products that are rechargeable come semi charged from the factory.

It is important that you charge the device for at least 4 hours before your first use using a wall adapter like your phone charger. If you use a PC to charge the unit will not get the correct initial charge and will be unstable.

You should also always do your recharging on a wall adapter as computers and other devices with USB will not have the correct output for a full charge and often turn off the USB ports as they sleep which may cause irreparable damage to the device.

Always charge with a wall charger, not a computer or laptop.

Incorrect charging will cause battery faults and is not covered by warranty.
